A name, phone number, or address entered into a search form is sent to the provider that delivers the result. We do not retain a copy of those search entries on our servers. When you contact us, we receive the details in your message and use them only to answer the inquiry.

Hosting services create routine logs such as an IP address, browser type, page request, and timestamp. We review aggregate activity to maintain the service and understand general readership. Cookies or similar tools may be used for basic analytics or advertising measurement where applicable.
How Information Is Used
Information supports operation, troubleshooting, traffic measurement, and improvements to the Annandale reference material. We do not sell lists of visitors or create individual visitor profiles.

Users Under 18
The site is meant for adults and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18; if you believe a minor has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Your Privacy Choices
Virginia residents may have rights under the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act, Va. Code Title 59.1, Chapter 53, to confirm, access, correct, delete, or obtain a portable copy of personal data held by a covered business, and to opt out of specified processing. Because we retain very little, a request ordinarily involves our contact mailbox and server logs. Use the Contact page to make a request.
